What is Dynasty?

Dynasty is a private, woman-centered alliance for people who want to build a legacy for the future. It’s more than a self-improvement group, it’s a committed alliance, a chosen family, working together to shape the future. We’re focused on loyalty, purpose, and legacy. Dynasty brings together women from around the world who are ready to lead, create, and invest in something larger than themselves, with trust, consent, and care at the center. What is the purpose or mission of Dynasty?

Our mission is to create a foundation for the future, built by women who value loyalty, truth, and long-term thinking. In a world that feels more unstable every year, Dynasty offers something steady. We focus on forming real bonds, building resilient networks, and preparing for a future that won’t be shaped by politics or trends, but by the women strong enough to lead through change.

Who is the founder of Dynasty, and was is started?

Dynasty was founded by Michael Ellis as part of a larger effort to restore what’s been lost in modern society: meaningful structure, intergenerational purpose, and sacred trust between men and women. As a husband and father of two daughters, he saw firsthand how little real support the modern world offers women, despite all the noise about empowerment. Today’s culture pushes independence but offers no real substance. It’s all superficial and performative. As institutions collapse and society fragments, Dynasty was created to bring people together in an alliance of hope for the future. Our goal is to provide the real tools to build trusted relationships, and long-term vision shaped by the women of Dynasty.

Who can join Dynasty?

Dynasty is primarily open to women (but men can join too) who align with our values and are ready to engage seriously. This isn’t for the casually curious. We’re looking for the special few people who are intelligent, loyal, and driven. Whether you’re a public figure, a professional, an artist, or simply someone with a deep sense of purpose, what matters is your willingness to contribute and grow alongside others in trust. We’re just getting started, and we’re looking for the right people to help lay the foundation.

What kind of people are part of Dynasty?

We’re bringing together people from all walks of life: creatives, professionals, students, builders, nurturers, visionaries, and leaders. Some are just starting their careers; others are at their peak or looking to pass on what they’ve learned. What connects us is character. We seek women who are steady, loyal, thoughtful, courageous, and kind, women who can lead, listen, and build. Dynasty is where these kinds of women find each other and create something stronger than what any of us could build alone.

What makes Dynasty different from other women’s communities or networks?

There are many wonderful women’s empowerment groups out there, but what sets Dynasty apart is our foundation of community interdependence. Every member contributes time, skills, and resources, and in return gains access to the strength, support, and capabilities of the entire organization. It’s a ready-made support network designed to help you accomplish your dreams. We cultivate meaningful, fulfilling connections between members. This gives us deep bonds, shared values, consistent support, and a culture of trust, purpose, respect, and unity. It feels more like a family than just an organization.

Furthermore, Dynasty is intentionally small and exclusive; we aim to remain under one hundred members, welcoming only those who have been carefully vetted and deeply aligned in values, loyalty, and purpose. We’re building a future where generations can grow up with clarity, strength, and a true sense of belonging.

Most importantly, members are never expected to abandon personal goals for the sake of the group. How does someone become a member?

There is no public sign-up for membership in Dynasty. We grow through conversation and connection, by invitation only. The best way to get noticed is by being active in Dynasty’s public-facing spaces, like Dynasty Friends. When there is clear alignment in values and vision, we initiate a personal and respectful conversation to explore next steps. Membership is a mutual decision, made thoughtfully to enrich each member’s life and purpose.

What happens after I join?

After being invited to join Dynasty, potential members complete a confidential alignment questionnaire covering areas that may not come up in casual conversation. This ensures meaningful compatibility and helps both sides move forward with trust. If approved, members walk through the membership agreement and receive stewardship, and roles tailored to their strengths, contributions, and goals.

New members begin with a mutual trial period, lasting up to a year, in order to build trust, participate, and find their rhythm within the community. From day one, members are welcomed into decision-making and organizational life. Over time, they gain deeper access to shared resources and leadership. Membership isn’t forced, it’s offered when mutual trust, readiness, and alignment make it the right next step.

Is there a cost to join or participate?

Unlike most organizations, Dynasty doesn’t require a yearly fee. Instead, the commitment we ask for is more personal and far more real. Each member contributes in the ways that make sense for her; whether time, skills, creativity, or resources. What they receive in return is greater than anything they could build alone. Dynasty isn’t a passive community with a simple subscription fee. It’s a fully interdependent structure, tightly-knit and mutually supportive, with deep relationships that often feel like family. All commitments are made voluntarily and with full transparency, every woman enters freely, and stays because she believes in the mission. We’re not here to profit from members. We’re here to build together, for the good of everyone. And that kind of work takes shared sacrifice, trust, and purpose.

Where is Dynasty based, and is it international?

Dynasty is both. Right now, we are primarily centered in the U.S., but we’re looking to grow into Europe, South-east Asia, South Korea, and a few other global regions. Our structure is designed to scale intentionally and sustainably. The long-term vision is global reach with strong local roots; real-world communities, households, and networks that are interdependent and resilient. We’re just getting started, but we’re building with the future in mind.
